InspectionAir Gauge is the Canadian distributor for the Optigo 200 3D Non-Contact Measurement System, by Cognitens. As a distributor InspectionAir Gauge provides sales support, installation and training across Canada. Employing Cognitens patented tri-linear tensor technology, the Optigo 200 features high resolution CCD cameras for precise measurement. Images are captured from any type of surface, from clay models to plasic and metal parts, in microseconds, with a single push of a button. This allows accurate and fast measurement on the shop floor, regardless of vibrations, lighting conditions and temperature variations. Proprietary algorithms turn the 2D images into 3D models in real time. Multiple system outputs include dense point cloud, cross sections, single points, holes, slots, edges and digital assembly.
